Dr. David J. Horn - Director
David Horn is an Associate Professor of Biology at Millikin University and Director of Research and Development for the Wild Bird Centers of America, Inc. For over 10 years, he has published numerous scientific articles on wild bird feeding and is principal investigator for PROJECT WILDBIRD.

Stacey Shonkwiler - General Manager
Stacey Shonkwiler graduated from Millikin University with a degree in biology – secondary education. In addition to serving as General Manager of the NBFS, Stacey serves as Project Coordinator of PROJECT WILDBIRD and oversees day-to-day operations of the Ornithological Research Lab at Millikin University.
